Our History

The Rent to Home™ Program traces its roots back to 2001 with a vision to make the transition from being a resident of a rental community to owning your own home a more seamless journey. In that time, we have prided ourselves on maintaining transparent lines of communication between the resident, the community, and ensuring the real estate process is fairly communicated to all parties. Reinvigorated by today’s expectations, we have brought together all the real estate industry elements under one roof from different lending institutions, real estate professionals, moving companies, insurance brokers, financial advisors and the list goes on. Each of our partners top priority is to put the resident first. In 2023 we are taking the next step towards providing services to the broader market and making the Rent to Home™ model an enjoyable and successful one.
