- Rent to Home™ program enrollment is open to anyone that has the legal right to sign a contract.
- Registrants are eligible to participate unless they have entered into any of the following agreements and/or contracts:
- Purchase and Sale Agreement
- Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement
- Relocation contract resulting in employer reimbursement for any real estate-related costs. For other relocation programs, approval needs to be obtained by the corporate Relocation Coordinator prior to working with a Rent to Home™ REALTOR®.
- Registrants who are obligated under a listing agreement may use Rent to Home™ for the purchase of a new home. Registrants working with a real estate agent for the purchase of a home may use a Rent to Home™ referred REALTOR® for the sale of their existing home.
- Registrants must agree to use a REALTOR® referred to them through Rent to Home. REALTORS® not approved by Rent to Home™ are not eligible to participate and not obligated to match the program benefits.
- Valid for land purchases, single-family and multi-family (up to four units) residential properties, including, but not limited to, condominiums, PUDs, and qualifying manufactured homes. This service includes owner-occupied homes, second/vacation homes and investment properties.
